Elvis ATCs

I just love the Elvis stamps from Cornish Farms. I did another one but it's too dark and won't print.
Today is Monday and I woke up to snow this morning. What a disappointment. I thought we were going to have more spring.

Monday's ATCs

Just a couple of little ATCs for a Monday. I can't seem to settle down and do anything but ATCs today. I like simple mostly, or maybe that's my skill level. I love the look of collages. I'm enjoying the ArtChix group. They are talented artists. I will continue to watch and learn.

My Paris ATCs

Catching up

It's been awhile since I've blogged. I didn't think it was this hard to keep up with my writings and artwork. Life gets in the way and so do books. I love to read, I guess that's my first passion. This past week I've tried a little painting, a little paper art, trying to improve my yahoogroup to make it more interesting. The group is going well. I'm enjoying our little group of artists. There is so many groups on the web to chose from. I love all the ATCs and Inchies everyone is doing. Here are somethings I've been working on.

My Twinchie for today

It's fun to do the small sizes.

I purchased some collage sheets from ArtChix to play with. These have been fun.

Catching up

One of 3 ATCs I managed to get done today.

Wintery ATC

This cute ATC was painted from a Renee Mullens pattern. I adapted it to fit the ATC format. See I can still paint. I'm finding it hard to focus on just one thing. I love to paint, but I also love my paper art. Although I haven't worked on my scrapbooks since last May. I need to finish a couple of pages this month. I have to set goals for myself in order to get everything done that I want to do.

Another ATC I've been playing with

I love green on this ATC. I used a mask for the background butterflies and sprayed with Glimmer Mist. Stamped a butterfly in SU Black ink. Layered a butterfly on top. Added pearls to his body. The butterfly was cut from Dover Publications clip art book. A gold sticker was added to the corner.

My first Twinchie

I slip-slapped the background with acrylic paint, stamped a writing image on top, then painted the stroke flower. Added a cute butterfly. It's cute don't you think.

It's Tuesday and I'm back

A couple of coordinating ATCs. These two cute bunnies frolicking in the field. I had fun doing these.

Today is Friday

Today is Friday...yea...yea all day. I finally stayed off the computer long enough to make this ATC that I'm calling "flight". I don't know why I want to give them names. I don't know how much I will be doing today. I have to go out to dinner with my dh's new customer and his wife. It takes me all day to just start something started and then I have to leave it and go out. I need to stay off the computer all morning and really create. I have so many ideas floating around in my head. I have to teach tomorrow morning, go out to help a friend in the afternoon, Sunday is a busy day, so it's a write off. Back to Monday and I will have forgotten all my thoughtful ideas by then. I have a couple more hours..I'll see what I can do.

Well bloggers, I didn't get much done over the weekend. I'm working on a few things but nothing completed as yet. Hope to post again later in the week after I'm created something. Thanks for dropping by.
