Another variation

Here is the same card but a different look by adding a dotted ribbon. I always do about 6 cards all the same or a variation using the same stamp and colours of cardstock and then embellish them differently. The trend right now seems to be alot of flowers, gems, and glitter with lots of layering. I'm just not there yet. I like to keep things simple, but I'm trying to change. lol

This is the last of today's cards

Well this is the last of them for this month. I made 41 cards this month, so now it's on to something else. I have some swaps to do for the yahoogroup Art For The Creative Mind. I've had a great month doing cards, tags, atcs, gothic arches, and a mini book. For anything other than cards you can see them at http://www.romancingtheartistwithin.blogspot.com
Comments are always welcome.

These all supplies for these cards is from Stampin'Up. The stamp set is called Travel Sketchbook. It's an older stampset.

Cards, Cards, Cards

I love using up the papers and cardstock sitting on my table. I have a basket of bits and pieces and once in awhile I like to work just with what I have sitting there. Here are the results of today's bits. Most of the papers and cs, inks used are by Stampin'Up. The little girl with the cupcake is by Penny Black.

New cards this week

Just a few cards I've been creating. I love making cards with what's left on my table from other projects. The Game one is for a swap called "Games People Play". You can do alot with that theme..I took the easy way out. lol When I stamp images I also stamp a page full and what I don't use I put in a basket. So these came in handy for the quick 10 mins cards. If you want to see my other art, check out my other blog. http://www.romancingtheartistwithin.blogspot.com Have a creative day. Thanks for dropping by.

more cards from leftovers

Over the years I've accumulated images from swaps on different groups, or saved bits of paper and other embellishments. When I rubber stamp I usually stamp a whole page but maybe only use 5 or 6 of the images and throw the remainder in my basket. So often I like to take all the leftovers and make cards. Here are somemore I've done this week.
